As a professional trained in wholesale trade and founder of MZ Food Trade & Consulting, I have more than 40 years of experience in the food sector. Throughout my professional career, I have worked in retail, wholesale, and international export business, a journey that has allowed me to acquire a broad and deep understanding of the entire value chain.
This experience accumulated over decades forms the basis of solid and reliable advice, as well as professional support in commercial operations, from the first contact with producers to the final delivery of goods to customers in Germany.
